How do I become a Community Groups Leader or Host Home?
We constantly plan for new Community Groups and offer a special Leader Orientation several times during the year. If you believe that God is calling you to lead or host a group in your home, please contact Richard Watts, Community Group Head Coach, at rwatts@tcabc.com.

Welcome to Access Resource for TCABC Community Groups! Access Resource is designed to provide you, as a Community Group Leader, with relevant information that will assist you in creating a study plan for your group each semester.
Access Resource contains the current listing of approved community group study resource centers (publishers, websites, and vendors). These resource centers are proven providers of sound biblical study material. The volume of material available is somewhat overwhelming but don’t let that frustrate you. Many of the items may be available to see first hand at one of our local Christian bookstores or their content may be partially viewed on their website or on something like www.amazon.com or www.cbd.com. Please note that one of the resource sites listed (www.fellowshipnwa.com) provides all of the listed resources in “pdf” (Adobe Acrobat Reader) format, which means the only cost involved is for copying. If you get into “the search” and need some ideas or guidance, please email me and we will set a time to work on it together.
A word about cost recovery … the goal each semester is for your community group to cover the cost to provide resources for your group. Obviously, there are special circumstances and needs in each group. When those come up, just call or email me and we will come up with a plan.
If you have a specific study you would like to offer your group that is not included in the current list of providers, please submit a copy of it (or give me the website where I can review it) along with a Resource Approval Request Form to Richard Watts, Community Group Head Coach. We welcome the opportunity to expand Access Resource so your input and recommendations are appreciated.
Here are the basics about Access Resource and what you need to do:
- Access Resource is designed to give you access to a multitude of small group Bible study resources that come from trusted providers. (Click here for the Resources List)
- Access Resource will always be expanding. There is no way we can create the perfect and complete list so we need your help and that’s where the Resource Approval Request Form comes in handy!
- Every Community Group Leader is expected to complete a Resource Approval Request Form no later than December 4th so that we can maintain the needed accountability within our community group structure, order materials on a timely basis through the bookstore, and provide relevant information to prospective community group members.
- Cost recovery is the goal.
Winter / Spring Community Group Semester Dates:

- Community Group studies begin the week of February 1st with some groups doing a Super Bowl Party.
- Community Group Winter / Spring semester ends the week of June 14th
